This website
This website does not provide customer accounts, process card details, or run advertising trackers or behavioral analytics added by Intepra. Fonts and displayed portfolio images are served with the site. The hosting platform may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser, request time, and security logs, and may use essential cookies or authentication where the platform requires them.
The contact form creates a draft in your email application. It does not upload the form to an Intepra web server. If you choose to send that email, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, message, and order details.
Orders and support
When you contact us or purchase through a connected storefront, we may receive the contact details, order information, and diagnostic material needed to answer your request, deliver access, handle a refund, prevent fraud, and meet recordkeeping obligations. The storefront or payment provider handles payment information under its own privacy policy. We do not receive full card numbers through Opus.
We keep support and transaction records only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us. Some records may need to be retained to comply with law or resolve an active transaction.
Opus: local work stays local
During ordinary local use, Intepra does not receive your constellations, universes, notes, attachments, wikis, recovery copies, or backups. Opus currently has no advertising SDK, behavioral analytics, telemetry service, or automatic crash-report upload.
Projects, backups, recovery data, and preferences are stored on your device. You control those files through Opus and your operating system. Uninstalling the app may not remove documents you created.
Optional network features
Opus live collaboration exchanges a selected session copy, edits, display names, presence, and movement previews with the host and invited participants. Internet sessions use a temporary Cloudflare Quick Tunnel. The host keeps the app open; Intepra does not operate a persistent collaboration server or receive a session copy. Treat invitation links as private credentials.
GitHub repository import connects to GitHub. Following external links opens the destination service. These providers can process IP addresses and request metadata under their own policies. You can avoid those network features while using the core local tools.
Sharing and security
Intepra does not sell Opus project content or use it for targeted advertising. We may share support or order information with providers that help fulfill a purchase or support request, or when reasonably required to comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect users and legal rights. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security.
External music and social platforms
Spotify, Apple Music, and Instagram links lead to independent services. Their policies govern your activity after you follow a link. No third-party music or social player is embedded on this website.
Children
The website and Opus are general-purpose products and are not directed to children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information to support, contact us.
Changes and requests
We may update this notice when the site or products change. The effective date will identify the revision. For requests concerning data held by a payment provider, hosting service, GitHub, Cloudflare, or another collaboration participant, that party may need to handle the request.
