Our work and intellectual property
Website content, branding, software, music, written work, and original project materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Viewing this website does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute, sell, sample, or adapt those materials. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Products and availability
We aim to describe each product accurately. Opus is Windows Early Access and may change as development continues. SwayBall and Harb City 2275 are development projects. Visual identity studies and cover concepts are identified as such and do not promise a final product design or release date.
There is currently no paid checkout or preorder on this website. Before a paid release, the listing and checkout will disclose the price, payment model, deliverables, license scope, and compatibility. Sending an inquiry does not place an order.
Software licenses
Software is licensed subject to its applicable end-user agreement. A license to use software does not transfer the underlying source code, trademarks, or copyright. See the current Opus license. The terms supplied with the purchased release control that release.
Delivery, refunds, and support
Our refund and digital delivery policy explains the current Opus 14-day direct-purchase request window and storefront procedures. Standard support and its current response target are explained on the support page. Nonwaivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
External services
Music, social, hosting, and payment services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Intepra does not control those services. Availability, subscription charges, and transactions on those platforms are governed by the relevant provider.
Acceptable use
Do not use this website to violate law, infringe others' rights, interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit abusive, malicious, or fraudulent material.
Availability and responsibility
We make reasonable efforts to keep information current and the site available, but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. Keep backups of creative work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be limited.
